To redeem your Vancity Rewards points towards your personal or business Jumpstart™ High Interest Savings Account, you’ll need your:

You can find your financial account number under your daily banking summary or savings account description on your statement.

Online banking (desktop)
When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, you’ll see your financial account number after the account name.

Online banking (mobile)
When you log into online banking on your mobile device, tap “My Accounts” and you’ll find your account numbers after the account name.

Vancity mobile app
When you log into online banking on the Vancity mobile app, tap “Accounts” and you’ll find your account numbers after the account name.

You can find your Relationship number on your statement under “My relationship number(s)” at the top right hand corner of your statement.

To redeem your Vancity Rewards points towards your TFSA or RRSP Jumpstart™ High Interest Savings Account, you’ll need your:

When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, you’ll see your financial account number after the account name.

When you log into online banking on your mobile device, tap “My Accounts” and you’ll find your account numbers after the account name.

When you log into online banking on the Vancity mobile app, tap “Accounts” and you’ll find your account numbers after the account name.

You can find your contract number in the investments section of your statement under the account description.

Online banking (desktop)
When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, click on the name of your registered product to view account activity. When you get to the Account Activity page, click on more details to see your contract number.

Vancity mobile app
When you log into online banking on the Vancity mobile app, tap “Accounts” and select your registered product. When you get to the Activity page, tap “Account Details” to view your contract number.

 

Term deposit investment

To redeem your Vancity Rewards points towards your Vancity term deposit, you’ll need your:

Vancity statement
You can find your Relationship number on your statement under “My relationship number(s)” at the top right hand corner of your statement.

Online banking (desktop)
When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, you’ll see your relationship numbers.

Online banking (mobile)
When you log into online banking on your mobile device, tap “My Accounts” and you’ll find your relationship number.

Vancity mobile app
When you log into online banking on the Vancity mobile app, tap “Accounts” and you’ll find your relationship number.

To redeem your Vancity Rewards points towards your Vancity TFSA or RRSP term deposit, you’ll need your:

Vancity statement
You can find your contract number in the investment section of your statement under the account description.

Online banking (desktop)
When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, click on the name of your registered product to view account activity. When you get to the Account Activity page, click on more details to see your contract number.

Vancity mobile app
When you log into online banking on the Vancity mobile app, tap “Accounts” and select your registered product. When you get to the Activity page, tap “Account Details” to view your contract number.

Mortgage or loan payment

To redeem your Vancity Rewards points to make a payment towards your Vancity mortgage or personal loan, you’ll need your:

Vancity statement
You can find your financial account number in the borrowing section of your statement under the account description.

Online banking (desktop)
When you log into online banking on a desktop computer, in your Account Summary, you’ll see your financial account number after the account name.

Online banking (mobile)
When you log into online banking on your mobile device, tap “My Accounts” and you’ll find your account numbers after the account name.

Vancity mobile app

To find your Qtrade Investor Statement of Account, select My Accounts > Service Centre > View eDocuments.

To find your Qtrade Investor account summary, select My Accounts > Account Summary.

2 enviro Visa Infinite, enviro Visa Infinite Business, and enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders have access to participating lounges through the Visa Airport Companion Program (“Program”), hosted and managed by Dragonpass International Ltd. Cardholders must enroll for this benefit using a valid enviro Visa card. Upon enrollment, six complimentary lounge visits will be available for enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders per membership year.
